Drawing from the venue’s timeless elegance and the rising trend of statement bows, Vicky Galata Weddings & Events curated a luxury organic theme where nature meets refined design. A sculptural bow, crafted from sustainable fabrics, stood as a striking symbol of unity and grace at the heart of the ceremony. 

The floral design was central to the vision, featuring organic blooms in earthy tones, soft blush, and deep green for a subtle yet dramatic effect. Inspired by Tuscany’s charm, the ceremony showcased delicate “clouds” of layered florals, accented with scattered stones, slender candles, and fresh fruits, evoking the romance of an old-world European celebration.

The tablescape embraced an elegant sage green monochrome palette, layered with natural textures and vintage touches. Vintage silver flatware and laced glassware added nostalgic sophistication, while artisanal floral soaps offered thoughtful, sensory favors. Italian travertine with salt accents provided both texture and flavor. Serpentine-shaped menus flowed gracefully across the table, paired with wine glass base name tags for a modern, personalized touch. The result: a seamless blend of vintage refinement and contemporary organic elegance.

The reception design took an artistic, unconventional turn with a uniquely shaped open rectangular table layout that fostered intimacy and directed attention to a lush, garden-like floral installation at its center. Wild greenery, soft blooms, and organic textures brought nature to the forefront, while floor-placed chandeliers cast a warm, golden glow enhancing the ethereal atmosphere. The blend of refined elegance and raw natural elements struck a perfect balance for a luxury wedding rooted in organic beauty. The stationery echoed the celebration’s romantic aesthetic with soft sage and ivory tones, hand-drawn illustrations, and embossed details. A signature bow motif tied into the theme, complemented by wax seals, filigree patterns, and custom venue sketches. Each element, from floral touches to natural textures, was thoughtfully curated to reflect timeless beauty and personal charm.

The bride wore a couture gown with bold floral embellishments, blending artfully with the natural setting. The groom’s classic black tie look offered timeless contrast. Custom white leather shoes with oversized bows echoed the ceremony’s central motif, adding a refined, cohesive touch.

A live pizza truck added a unique, interactive touch, guests enjoyed watching chefs craft fresh artisanal pizzas on-site, making dining a memorable part of the celebration. This vintage Triumph, draped in cascading blooms, captures the romantic spirit of the Tuscan countryside. Its floral curves create a dreamlike, whimsical entrance, blending old-world charm with nature’s beauty, setting a timeless and elegant tone for the celebration.

Vicky Galata’s grand bow centerpiece and velvet stools created a chic, dreamy ceremony. Guests enjoyed an intimate dinner under candlelight and chandeliers, with wine and music setting a vibrant, romantic mood.
